Dylan Nelson-Sease, LMHC, LCPC, LPC

I specialize in working with millennials, to navigate the challenges unique to our generation. These include self-esteem struggles triggered by social media usage, ambivalence around parenthood and the societal pressures attached to this decision, career angst, and navigating financial stress and overwhelm.

A person is not a set of symptoms or problems to me. I treat anxiety, depression and trauma, but I view everyone holistically and without judgement. I create a comfortable space where you'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and intuitions to overcome life's obstacles. By connecting with your values, I help you get in touch with what you care about deep down.

I tailor my work to your specific needs and goals to support you in living a more value-driven and meaningful life. We make meaning through the telling stories about our lives. Language does not just capture and reflect experience, but also creates it. I look forward to discovering your story with you.

I graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with my Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology; before that, I earned a BA in Journalism from the University of Iowa. I am licensed to practice therapy in the states of Illinois, New York and New Jersey.

Megan Melchione, MA, LAC

I enjoy creating a genuine, trusting, and therapeuic relationship with my clients as I help them to feel more confident and comfortable taking up space in their life. To “take up space” may mean to improve self-esteem, build self-awareness and self-compassion, navigate different types of relationships successfully, or to recognize and appreciate your own strengths. We start in the therapeutic space and work to expand this confidence through setting goals and building skills. Therapy can be challenging and uncomfortable at times, but it will also be meaningful and full of connection.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of NJ. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and received by Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Scranton.
